Delivery Terms and Conditions for all Broken Box R LLC purchases...

Note: Due to the increasingly high demand for hunting, shooting, and reloading supplies at this time, Broken Box R LLC cannot make any guarantees or promises as to the availability, backorder capability, wait times, or unexpected pricing changes that may occur due to the volatility in this current market.  While the market and supply quantities are recovering, many products still remain unavailable or may take several weeks on backorder before arriving.

Order Processing Time:

-Broken Box R LLC will place and fulfill orders from customers on a first-come-first-serve basis as our product(s) become available...no availability or backorder wait time guarantees will be given.

-All orders will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of having received them from the warehouse.  Some items may be available immediately for order from the warehouse and others may be placed on backorder for as long as (8) weeks, if not longer in some cases.  If you are at all concerned about any product(s) availability please contact us by phone at 888-869-3150 or by email at sales@brokenboxr.com before placing an order online.

-For all orders which include any item(s) that may require a hazardous material shipping fee such as powders, primers, and etc., customers may be required to pay a fee of up to $27.50 per each package containing hazardous materials in addition to the normal shipping rates that apply for any order.

-As soon as your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

Hazardous or Dangerous Product(s) Ordering Restrictions:

-Due to liability purposes and to ensure compliance with certain lawful restrictions, you must be (21) years of age or older to purchase any product(s) such as powders, primers, binary targets or any other product(s) that may be listed or otherwise mentioned anywhere on our websites that have such federal, state, or local purchase restrictions which apply.

Firearms and Ammunition Ordering Restrictions:

-All sales and transfers of firearms, ammunition, or other such product(s) otherwise not mentioned or listed anywhere on our websites will be sold, transferred, and/or receive in compliance with all federal, state, and local government restrictions and regulations which may apply.

Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions...

Standard Ground Shipping:

Shipping provided by Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), or United States Postal Service (USPS).  FedEx, UPS, and USPS Ground Services are expected to normally arrive within 1-7 business days of shipment; however, shipment on or before this time cannot be guaranteed.  Additional time and restrictions may apply to certain destinations.     

Expedited Shipping:

Shipping may be provided by Federal Express (FedEx), the United Parcel Service (UPS), or United States Postal Service (USPS).  FedEx, UPS, and USPS Expedited Services are expected to normally arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment; however, shipment on or before this time cannot be guaranteed.  Additional time and restrictions may apply to certain destinations.     

Special Order Items & Additional Shipping Cost(s):

All orders containing hazardous material items such as, but not limited to, smokeless powders, primers, binary targets, and etc. will be subject to a Hazardous Materials Shipping Fee of $27.50 per package being shipped.  There are no additional shipping cost(s) or fees for all other normal special order items.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not accept international orders nor do we import or export any products outside of the United States.  Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.  Any product(s) will only be shipped to United States Domestic shipping locations within the continental U.S.  Sorry for any inconvenience which this may cause.

Order Status:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for the package(s) if applicable to the shipment method selected during checkout.

Products Availability:

Items ordered which may be in low quantity or even out-of-stock may not be available for immediate shipment.  You will be notified if any items which you ordered are placed on backorder, along with an expected delivery date.  At that time, you will be able to choose whether you want to wait for the backordered items, or you may request to be refunded for those backordered items.

Return(s) Policy...

At this time Broken Box R LLC does not offer any cash or credit card refunds on any of our products, sales, or services. However, we do offer our customers with the option of returning any item(s) for a full in-store credit to be used and/or applied toward the exchange or purchase of any other product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date.

In order to return your merchandise purchased online and to receive this in-store credit toward your next purchase and/or merchandise exchange, please follow these instructions:

-Contact customer service at 888-869-3150 or by contacting support@brokenboxr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  No return credits or merchandise exchanges will be processed without this number, no exceptions.

-Repackage the product(s) in a secure shipping box along with your contact information and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Products being returned for an in-store credit or for merchandise exchange must be in the original condition, package, unworn, and with all original tags attached, no exceptions. Failure to return any product(s) in their original condition will result in an RMA request being denied.

-No in-store credits or merchandise exchanges will be authorized without first providing valid proof of purchase.

-Customers will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for all returned and new product(s) shipped in exchange for any returned product(s).

-When a customer chooses to return any item(s) for in-store credit, your Broken Box R LLC account will be credited with the full returned purchase amount, minus any/all additional shipping or hazardous materials charges or other costs incurred, which can then be used toward your next purchase or as a credit toward your merchandise exchange. This credit may come in the form of a credit which is applied either automatically upon checkout or by way of receiving a coupon code voucher from Broken Box R LLC by either email or phone that can be entered at the time of the next purchase or checkout to redeem the full in-store credit amount.

NOTE:  Broken Box R LLC is not responsible for any lost package(s), so we recommend that you purchase insurance for your package(s) when you return them to us with your RMA number.  Broken Box R LLC is also not responsible for the cost(s) of shipping and handling of any returned item(s).

-Please clearly label your package with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided to you by the customer service representative.

-Please contact Broken Box R LLC for full details and instructions regarding when and where to return items and for the return shipping address.

-Please allow up to (14) business days from the date which returns are received at our place of business for your return credit or merchandise exchange to be processed.  Additionally, no credits or merchandise exchanges will be granted or processed until after all the returned item(s) have been received by Broken Box R LLC and have been properly inspected for any damage(s) or alteration(s) to the original packaging.

-All in-store credit returns and merchandise exchanges are FINAL and may only be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Broken Box R LLC, pending the item(s) condition and the reason(s) for the in-store credit and/or merchandise exchange.
