At this time Broken Box R LLC does not offer any cash or credit card refunds on any of our products, sales, or services. However, we do offer our customers with the option of returning any item(s) for a full in-store credit to be used and/or applied toward the exchange or purchase of any other product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date.
In order to return your merchandise purchased online and to receive this in-store credit toward your next purchase and/or merchandise exchange, please follow these instructions:
-Contact customer service at 888-869-3150 or by contacting email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return credits or merchandise exchanges will be processed without this number, no exceptions.
-Repackage the product(s) in a secure shipping box along with your contact information and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products being returned for an in-store credit or for merchandise exchange must be in the original condition, package, unworn, and with all original tags attached, no exceptions. Failure to return any product(s) in their original condition will result in an RMA request being denied.
-No in-store credits or merchandise exchanges will be authorized without first providing valid proof of purchase.
-Customers will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping for all returned and new product(s) shipped in exchange for any returned product(s).
-When a customer chooses to return any item(s) for in-store credit, your Broken Box R LLC account will be credited with the full returned purchase amount, minus any/all additional shipping or hazardous materials charges or other costs incurred, which can then be used toward your next purchase or as a credit toward your merchandise exchange. This credit may come in the form of a credit which is applied either automatically upon checkout or by way of receiving a coupon code voucher from Broken Box R LLC by either email or phone that can be entered at the time of the next purchase or checkout to redeem the full in-store credit amount.
NOTE: Broken Box R LLC is not responsible for any lost package(s), so we recommend that you purchase insurance for your package(s) when you return them to us with your RMA number. Broken Box R LLC is also not responsible for the cost(s) of shipping and handling of any returned item(s).
-Please clearly label your package with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided to you by the customer service representative.
-Please contact Broken Box R LLC for full details and instructions regarding when and where to return items and for the return shipping address.
-Please allow up to (14) business days from the date which returns are received at our place of business for your return credit or merchandise exchange to be processed. Additionally, no credits or merchandise exchanges will be granted or processed until after all the returned item(s) have been received by Broken Box R LLC and have been properly inspected for any damage(s) or alteration(s) to the original packaging.
-All in-store credit returns and merchandise exchanges are FINAL and may only be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Broken Box R LLC, pending the item(s) condition and the reason(s) for the in-store credit and/or merchandise exchange.
All sales of any of these products or product categories and or groups are considered to be FINAL. Unfortunately, at this time we may not allow nor accept any in-store credits or merchandise exchanges for any of these products.
